The ordering code for Infineon microcontrollers provides an exact reference to the required product. This ordering code identifies:
• the derivative itself, i.e. its function set, the temperature range, and the supply voltage
• the package and the type of delivery.

Introduction

The C161K/O is a derivative of the Infineon C166 Family of full featured single-chip CMOS microcontrollers. It combines high CPU performance up to million instructions per second with peripheral functionality and enhanced IO-capabilities. The C161K/O is especially suited for cost sensitive applications.
