FUJITSU MICROELECTRONICS DATA SHEET DS04-27257-2Ea ASSP For Power Supply Applications 6 ch DC/DC Converter IC with Synchronous Rectification MB39A123 • DESCRIPTION MB39A123 is a 6-channel DC/DC converter IC using pulse width modulation PWM , and it is suitable for up conversion, down conversion, and up/down conversion. MB39A123 is built in 6 channels into BCC-48++/LQFP48P package and this IC can control and soft-start at each channel.
