CXP, 150Gb/s Active Optical Cable

The 150Gb/s CXP - CXP Active Optical Cable AOC is a natural building block in the range of CXP cable assemblies. It provides a cost effective, high performance, plug and play solution.

Form factor CXP delivers the highest hardware faceplace port density.

The AOC features optical engines inside both cable connectors improving speed and distance versus traditional copper assemblies.

The assembly is a full duplex, 12 channel construction whereby each channel is capable of transmitting data at rates up to 12.5Gb/s

Typical applications are serving transmission distances between 5 and 100m
