uPD78P078Y 8-BIT SINGLE-CHIP MICROCONTROLLER DATASHEET

The uPD78P078Y is a member of the uPD78078Y Subseries of the 78K/0 Series, in which the on-chip mask ROM of the uPD78078Y is replaced with a one-time PROM or EPROM. Because this device can be programmed by users, it is ideally suited for system evaluation, small-lot and multiple device production, and early development and time-to-market. The uPD78P078Y can be also used for system evaluation of a uPD78075BY Subseries device.

Cautions 1. The specifications of the uPD78075BY Subseries are not the same as those of the uPD78078Y Subseries. Therefore, if a uPD78P078Y is used to evaluate a uPD78075BY Subseries product, refer to the uPD78075B, uPD78075BY Subseries User’s Manual (U12560E).
