MOC211-M SMALL OUTLINE OPTOCOUPLERS TRANSISTOR OUTPUT MOC212-M MOC213-M These devices consist of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon phototransistor detector, in a surface mountable, small outline, plastic package.
