N-Channel MOSFET 30V, 160A,

This N-Channel MOSFET has been designed specifically to improve the overall ef ficiency of DC/ DC converters using either synchronous or conven tional swit ching PW M controllers. It has been optimized for low gate charge, low rDS ON and fast switching speed.
