The 843081I-01 is an Ethernet Clock Multiplier.The 843081I-01 accepts a crystal reference of 19.6MHz - 28MHz. The 843081I01 has excellent 1ps or lower phase jitter performance, over the 1.875MHz - 20MHz integration range. The 843081I-01 is packaged in a small 8-pin TSSOP, making it ideal for use in systems with limited board space.
• One differential LVPECL output
• One crystal oscillator interface 19.6MHz - 28MHz
• Output frequency range 490MHz - 700MHz
• VCO range 490MHz - 700MHz
• RMS phase jitter 625MHz using a 25MHz reference
1.875MHz - 20MHz 0.32ps typical
• 3.3V or 2.5V operating supply
• -40°C to 85°C ambient operating temperature
• Available in lead-free RoHS compliant package
• For functional replacement part use 843071
