The BGA461 is a front-end low noise amplifier for Global Positioning System GPS applications. The LNA provides dB gain and dB noise figure at a current consumption of 4 mA in the application configuration described in Chapter The BGA461 is based upon Infineon Technologies‘ B7HFM Silicon Germanium technology. It operates over a V to V supply range.
