TD Over Current Detector Hall effect type current sensor with a single digital output factory programmed to go low when a given current threshold is exceeded. The TD Series is able to operate within a temperature range of -40o C to 125o C and has a fast response time of 1!s typical . The miniature package size allows the TD series to be mounted on printed circuit boards and is integrated with an open collector digital output which is ideal for interfacing to control circuitry. Welding equipment, servo drives, treadmills, automotive power conversion, power supplies, home audio, MRI equipment Series TD Ordering Information Type No Over Current Detector Trip Point 15 Amp 20 Amp 25 Amp 30 Amp 35 Amp 40 Amp 45 Amp 50 Amp 55 Amp 60 Amp 65 Amp 70 Amp 75 Amp 80 Amp 85 Amp 90 Amp 95 Amp 100 Amp 105 Amp 110 Amp 115 Amp 120 Amp 125 Amp TD - 025 = ordering example Technical Data Absolute Maximum Ratings Supply Voltage Externally Applied to Output Output ON current sink Operating Temp Range Sensed Current RMS voltage for AC isolation test, 50/60 Hz, 1 minute to +25 VDC +25 VDC max Output high, current below Itrip VDC min Output high or low 50 mA -40o C to +125o C +/- 500 Amp peak kVac Absolute maximum ratings are the extreme limits that the detector will withstand without damage. Electrical operation and characteristics are not guaranteed as the maximum limits are approached.
