PI3CH281

Low Voltage, High Bandwidth, 2-Channel, 4:1 Mux/DeMux, NanoSwitch with Single Enable

The PI3CH281 is a 2-channel, 4:1 Multiplexer/Demultiplexer with 3-state outputs. The switch introduces no additional ground bounce noise or propagation delay. The PI3CH281 device is very useful in switching signals that have high bandwidth 300 MHz .
