MGA-21108 Broadband Fully Integrated Matched Low-Noise Amplifier MMIC Data Sheet Avago Technologies’ MGA-21108 is a fully integrated GaAs Low Noise amplifier MMIC for use in the - 8 GHz band. Broadband performance is achieved with only one external input matching component. Power supply chokes and coupling capacitors are also integrated. It is housed in a miniature x mm 8-pin STSLP package. It includes a CMOS-compatible shutdown pin which can also be used as a variable gain bias pin. The ease-of-use and broadband performance make the MGA-21108 an ideal choice as a LNA for multistandard, multiband radio applications.
