Tool description The tool kit consists out of a right and left a and two The tool-kit is based on a manual bench press. The press-block is locked to the ram of the press. The table of the press is equipped with a guiding table which allows linear movement of the position-plate by means of the slidingblocks. Herewith, the operator can position the product card kit with antenna extension perfectly under the press-block. By lowering the press-block, at which the plastic right and left press parts are attached, the product is pressed together and formed as final product. Then the operator can move the position plate again in the front position so the final product can be removed easily from the position-plate. General specifications Assembling tool weight +/- 13 kg Safety and ergonomics Concerning the stability of the tool it is recommended to lock the tool on the working bench. Only well trained people should apply or maintain this tool. Apply the tool in a clean and dry environment. Power connections No pneumatic or electrical power required.
