AOZ8304 Low Capacitance 3.3V TVS Diode Array The AOZ8304 is a transient voltage suppressor array designed to protect high speed data lines from ESD and lightning. s This device incorporates eight surge rated, low capacin tance steering diodes and a TVS in a single package. ig During transient conditions, the steering diodes direct the transient to either the positive side of the power s supply line or to ground.
