This ordering code identifies: • the derivative itself, i.e. its function set, the temperature range, and the supply voltage • the package and the type of delivery. Data Sheet V1.0, 2001-10 C167CS-L16M3V Low Power Introduction The C167CS-3V derivatives are high performance derivatives of the Infineon C166 Family of full featured single-chip CMOS microcontrollers. They combine high CPU performance up to 8 million instructions per second with high peripheral functionality and enhanced IO-capabilities. They also provide clock generation via PLL and various on-chip memory modules such as program ROM, internal RAM, and extension RAM.
