This ordering code identifies • the derivative itself, i.e. its function set, the temperature range, and the supply voltage • the package and the type of delivery. For the available ordering codes for the C167CS please refer to the “Product Catalog Microcontrollers”, which summarizes all available microcontroller variants. Note The ordering codes for Mask-ROM versions are defined for each product after verification of the respective ROM code. Introduction The C167CS derivatives are high performance derivatives of the Infineon C166 Family of full featured single-chip CMOS microcontrollers. They combine high CPU performance up to 20 million instructions per second with high peripheral functionality and enhanced IO-capabilities. They also provide clock generation via PLL and various on-chip memory modules such as program ROM, internal RAM, and extension RAM.
