HN62W328B Series Low VCC (300 ns, 3.0 to 5.5 V) 1048576-word × 8-bit CMOS Mask Programmable Read Only Memory

The HN62W328B is a 8-Mbit CMOS maskprogrammable ROM organized as 1048576 words by 8 bits. Realizing low power consumption, this memory is allowed for battery operation.
