This new generation complementary MOSFET H-Bridge features 2 N and 2 P channel in an SOIC package. Qualified to AECQ101 the H bridge is ideally suited to driving

• Low On-Resistance
• Low Input Capacitance
• Fast Switching Speed
• Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS compliant Notes 1 & 2

• Qualified to AEC-Q101 Standards for High Reliability
• PPAP Capable Note 4
