Tips are made from Zirconia ceramic that can withstand heat upto 1500 degree C. Tips have an extremely smooth surface and solder will not adhere to it. Resistant to hydroflouric acid. Set consists of one each of the following:Straight tip, Bent tip and Curved tip. Tip width 2mm Supplied in a protective plastic pouch. Features • Specifications z Extremely smooth surface and very low coefficient of friction. z Low thermal conductivity and high thermal shock resistance. z Excellent electric loss at very high frequency range VHF, UHF, and SHF . z Will not cause electromagnetic induction or eddy current loss in high frequency. z 100% non magnetic, non rusting and non static. z Highly resistant to all strong acids except hydrofluoric. z Free from all metallic contamination. z Solder will not adhere to surface. z Six times harder than stainless steel. z Two times harder than carbon steel. z Will hold tip geometry better than metal. z Can be subject to microwaves for sterilization. z Thermal insulators well suited for soldering. z Resistant to 1500ºC Specifications Tip Length Resistant Temperature Weight 1 each of Straight, Bent & Curved.
