Functional Overview

Memory Interface

AMD Radeon E6460 has two DRAM sequencers. Each DRAM channel is 32-bit wide. Two 264Mb x 32 GDDR5 memory chips are embedded on the ASIC for a total of 512MB Memory.

Acceleration Features
